Getting started

What services does T16 offer?

We are a software development and IT services company. We build custom software, web and mobile apps, ERP and CRM systems, and AI, automation, blockchain and IoT solutions. We also provide cloud, DevOps, cyber security, digital marketing and ongoing IT support and maintenance.

What happens in the free consultation?

You tell us about your idea, project or IT challenge. We ask about your goals, users, existing systems and timelines, then suggest an approach and technology stack. If you want to go ahead, we send a detailed proposal. There is no obligation.

Do you work with startups and small businesses?

Yes. We work with startups building their first product, growing businesses modernising their systems, and larger organisations scaling their technology. We can start small, for example with an MVP, and grow from there.

Which technologies do you use?

We choose the right technology for each project. That includes React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, .NET, Java and PHP, Flutter, Kotlin and Swift for mobile, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow.

Cost & timeline

How much does a software project cost?

Cost depends on scope, complexity and the engagement model you choose. After the consultation we share a clear proposal with scope, timeline and cost in writing, before any work starts.

How long does it take to build an app or software?

A focused MVP can take a few weeks, while larger platforms are delivered in planned phases over several months. We work in agile sprints, so you see working software early. The exact timeline is part of your proposal.

What engagement models do you offer?

Fixed-price projects for well-defined scopes, dedicated teams for ongoing product development, time and material for evolving requirements, and managed IT services for support and maintenance.

Security & ownership

Who owns the source code?

You do. On completion, the source code, documentation and intellectual property are handed over to you as agreed in the contract. We are happy to sign an NDA before discussing your project.

How do you keep our data and applications secure?

We follow secure coding practices, use role-based access, encryption and regular backups, and test for vulnerabilities before launch. Our cyber security team can also audit and monitor your existing systems.

Can you modernise or migrate our existing systems?

Yes. We modernise legacy applications, migrate data and move systems to the cloud in planned stages, so daily operations continue without disruption.

Support & maintenance

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. After launch we provide a support period as agreed in your contract, followed by optional maintenance and support plans covering bug fixes, updates, monitoring and improvements.

Do you offer IT support for our office and infrastructure?

Yes. Our IT support team provides help desk support, server and network management, backups and disaster recovery, and security monitoring, for a predictable monthly fee.

Can you take over a project built by another company?

Yes. We review the existing code and infrastructure, share our findings and a plan, then take over development and maintenance.
